I was in a group of 4 on a motorbike tour from the UK to Austria. When we arrived we had been travelling for nearly 8 hours, we were tired and had ridden in some appaling weather conditions in the UK and on arrival in Calais. Once we arrived at the hotel the weather was completely different so after showering and changing we sat outside the restaurant (which was unfortunately closed for dinner service) and enjoyed the beer on offer and a glass of champagne as we were in the champagne region we just had to! The prices were very reasonable. You dont need to pay to secure your motorbike in one of the hotels boots as the gate to the car park is locked overnight. I would say the hotel is fairly priced and whilst pretty basic, its very clean and comfortable. The restaurant not being open was disappointing and I believe I've seen that mentioned in other reviews. Being on an industrial estate dining options are pretty limited without taking a cab in to Reims. The manager, Apologies his name escapes me, and Nadia were both lovely.
We would definitely stay overnight if we were passing again, but not ideally for more than one night given the absence of a functioning on site restaurant.

For what we required it was good. Not excellent but for the money very good.
The waitress with not speaking any English was getting ours and other English people’s choices mixed up.

Really good and we like the Bistro as it means after a long drive we don’t have to go out for food

Overall good with a clean and quiet room. No tea or coffee making facility in the room is poor. Also no waste basket in the room, just a small one in the bathroom is also poor.
